Connection Groups
We are all made in the image of God, and our God is profoundly relational. We are meant to reach out, to connect, and to relate to one another across all divisions, just as God did for us. So while we find the source of spiritual growth in Baptism, Communion, and Confirmation, we know that formation can and should be found beyond the Sunday pew, and always in community.

"Will you strive for justice and peace among all people, and respect the dignity of every human being?"
The Episcopal Baptismal Covenant

Love, compassion, justice, reconciliation, and peace are the foundations of Jesus' ministry. Over and over, the Gospels show us a God who is willing to be messy, to reach toward chaos and hurt and bring order and healing. As Episcopalians, we've adopted Jesus' mission as our own, striving for justice and peace in all relationships, seeking to affirm and respect the dignity of humanity — no matter what.
Join us in our work! Nearly every community group we have serves one of our missions: Daughters of the King sponsor blessing bags to support our street dependent neighbors; Caring Crafters create warm knit clothing for the volunteers at Maryland Gardens; Peregrinos serve at Andre House and host a monthly service. Other members of every group serve our Prison Ministry, writing cards and donating gifts. Learn more about our in-house ministries here.
We also partner in our Phoenix community! Learn more about our outreach ministries here.
